- A citizen of the United States, a permanent legal resident, or a DACA recipient
Students in high school must have a GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale (or equivalent); college and graduate students must have a GPA of 2.5 on a 4.0 scale (or equivalent) - You intend to attend an accredited, public or non-profit four-year university or graduate school in the United States during the academic year 2022-2023.
