The word “scholarship” is a beautiful one! Young people are attracted to it because they have an abundance of aspirations, but fewer resources. If you’re looking for financial aid, you’re also hoping to be recognized for your potential for success in the future. Completely financed scholarships accomplish this goal.
Here are the top 17 fully-funded scholarships that can help you get started on your study abroad journey and add some much-needed glitz to your life.
International students can choose from a long list of fully-funded scholarships that we’ve prepared. This is by no means a comprehensive list, but it does give you a decent idea of the types of scholarships available.
What Are Scholarships That Are Fully Paid For?
“Scholarships that at least cover full tuition and living expenses” is how we define fully funded scholarships. This means that if a certain scholarship fits those requirements, it is considered fully financed. This is not the same as a full-tuition scholarship, which merely covers the cost of tuition.
Many government scholarships for international students include additional perks like airfare and language training. These are also going to be included in this essay.
Full-Ride and Fully Funded Scholarships: What’s the Difference?
No, they’re both referring to the same concept. A “full ride” or “completely funded” scholarship is one that covers the full cost of a student’s education, including tuition, lodging, and board, as well as a living allowance. Undergraduate scholarships are more commonly referred to as full-ride scholarships than graduate ones, but there is no distinction between the two.
These scholarships are organized alphabetically by degree at Undergraduate Scholarships, Master’s Scholarships, and Ph.D. Scholarships.
Are There Any Restrictions on Who Qualifies for These Scholarships?
Scholarships have different requirements. A good score on English Proficiency exams like TOEFL and IELTS is required for most scholarships, but other tests like the SAT/ACT and GRE are also required by most colleges. Aside from their academic achievements, they’ll also require strong recommendations.
Some international students who fit the criteria for these fully-funded scholarships actually receive them. In order to enhance your chances of receiving a fully-funded scholarship, you’ll need to apply to more than one program because there are often more suitable candidates than seats available.
